When you combine a horticulturist (with a degree in Geology), a lifetime living in St. Louis and over 30 years of experience in Landscape and Hardscape Design- you get a Robert Effinger. Robert sets the bar all designers strive to achieve. Before coming on board at Horstmann, Robert owned the Landscape 1 for over 20 years. Robert spends his free time with his kids Katherine and Joe. He also enjoys playing Golf. When playing Golf, Robert takes no divots, in an effort to keep fairway landscaping beautiful.
