To Whom It May Concern, Jim Schulte was the project manager for my recent drainage, lawn regrading, and sodding job. I want those in charge to know that working with Jim was a pleasure. From the initial free estimate to follow up questions I had after the crew was finished, Jim was not only attentive, concerned and thoughtful, he even called me to check up while he was on vacation. That kind of customer service is unheard of these days. Despite what I can only imagine is a crushing workload, he always finished meetings or conversations with “have made everything clear, and do you have any questions?” I hope Jim is greatly appreciated for his dedication to making your company great. The crew that performed the work was outstanding. Unsupervised most of the time, they worked diligently, efficiently, and courteously. I was amazed how fast they completed the project. They worked through a lot of rain, had to deal with a lot of roots, and still managed to leave a very small footprint. I was expecting to have a lot of cleanup once they were gone, but to my surprise there was none. I hope they are greatly appreciated as well. My yard pales in comparison to some of the larger and much more expensive projects I'm sure you handle, but I want you to know that I'm as happy as can be. It turned out better than I hoped for. I just hope the drain pipe works well. I guess time will tell. Hey Mr. Horstmann it’s Mike. I just saw your guys finishing up I came back from yesterday. I couldn’t be happier, I’ve had my basement flooded twice. It won’t’ happen again now and your guys did such a good job. They’re such nice guys and it looks like no one’s even been there. And even like cutting the top of the pipe on the angle down at the street. I couldn’t be happier.
